How It Works: A Simple 4-Step Process
At PodiumArcher, we've streamlined our trade-in process to be as simple and transparent as possible. Here’s how you can turn your old bow into new gear:
1. Start Your Trade-In:
Choose you manufacturer, model and hand of your current bow. Continue through checkout.
2. We Will Ship You a Box and Return Label:
Our team will ship you a box and return label for your bow.
3. Ship Us Your Bow:
Once you receive the box simply pack your bow securely and send it our way. It's the safest and easiest way to get your bow to us for inspection.
4. Get Your In-Store Credit:
As soon as your bow arrives, our certified technicians will perform a thorough inspection to ensure it matches the information you provided. Once everything checks out, we'll issue your in-store credit. You can use your credit towards any purchase at PodiumArcher.com or either of our Pro Shop Locations, from a brand-new bow to the latest accessories.
Trade-In FAQ
Will you hold a bow I want to purchase while my trade-in bow is shipping and processing?
No, we can't hold bows. Between our two pro shops, Spokane Valley Archery and Nashville North Archery, plus PodiumArcher.com, we have a lot of customers shopping the same inventory, and keeping dozens of bows set aside for trade-ins in progress quickly becomes unmanageable. Shipping, inspection and issuing credit can also take some time, and we don't want a bow sitting on a shelf unavailable to other archers in the meantime. Once your credit is issued, it's ready to use on whatever is in stock. If the bow you had your eye on has sold by then, reach out and we'll help you find the right option.
Will my credit stay at the quoted amount or do deductions come off?
We will credit you the quoted amount provided the bow shows up in good, functioning condition. If the bow has major cosmetic or structural flaws (cracked limbs, dented cams, bad bearings, etc.) we will have to deduct some of the quoted credit to pay for the parts and repairs.
Does my store credit expire?
No. Your store credit never expires, so you can use it whenever you're ready, online at PodiumArcher.com or at either of our pro shops.
