How Podium Points Work
Earn rewards on the gear your discount code doesn’t apply
Podium Points give you another way to save when shopping online at Podium Archer. Use a valid, active code during checkout. Any eligible merchandise that remains full price earns 10 Podium Points for every $1 spent. If your code discounts an item, you receive the discount instead of points on that item. Discount or points—never both on the same item.
How to earn Podium Points
- Shop using a valid email; points will be associated with that email
Shop using the email address you will use for your Podium Archer customer account. Your points are saved to that account after your order is paid.
- Enter a valid code at checkout
Apply your code in the discount-code field. If the code discounts an item, you receive the discount on that item. If the code doesn’t apply to anything in your cart, select “Code won’t apply? Enter it here” in the Podium Points section at checkout.
- Earn points on full-price merchandise
Eligible items that remain full price earn: 10 points for every $1 spent. Your checkout will show an estimated points total before you place the order.
- Redeem points from your account
After your paid order posts, open Podium Points from your customer account. Choose how many points you want to redeem, and we’ll convert them into Shopify store credit. Your store credit can then be used toward a future online order.
What are Podium Points worth?
100 points = $1 in store credit. That means:
- 100 points = $1.00
- 500 points = $5.00
- 1,000 points = $10.00
- 2,500 points = $25.00
There is no minimum redemption. You may redeem any positive whole number of points up to your available balance.
A simple example
Suppose your cart contains:
- A $60 release
- $40 in arrow components
Your code takes $12 off the release but does not discount the arrow components. Here’s what happens:
- The discounted release earns 0 points
- The $40 in full-price components earns 400 points
- Those 400 points are worth $4 in future store credit
You receive the discount where it applies and earn points on eligible items where it doesn’t.
What purchases earn points?
Podium Points are calculated from eligible, full-price merchandise in a qualifying online order. Points are not earned on:
- Items discounted by your code
- Shipping charges
- Taxes
- Duties
- Tips
- Gift-card purchases
- Amounts paid with store credit
- In-person or POS purchases
When will my points appear?
Points become available after Shopify confirms that your online order has been paid. You can see your current balance and points history by opening Podium Points from your customer account.
Do Podium Points expire?
No. Under the current program, your Podium Points do not expire.
What happens if I return or cancel an item?
Points earned from returned or canceled merchandise will be removed from your balance. A refund involving only shipping or taxes will not affect your points. If you have already redeemed the points connected to a returned item, your balance may become negative. You can earn points on future qualifying purchases, but you will need to restore a positive balance before redeeming again.
Frequently asked questions
Can I receive a discount and points on the same item?
No. Each item receives either the discount or Podium Points—not both. Other full-price items in the same order may still earn points.
What if my code doesn’t apply to anything?
At checkout, select “Code won’t apply? Enter it here.” Enter your code in the Podium Points field. If the code is valid and active, your eligible full-price merchandise can earn points instead.
Can I choose how many points to redeem?
Yes. You can redeem any positive whole number of points up to your available balance.
Can I earn or redeem points in person?
Not currently. Podium Points are available for eligible online purchases only.
Can I use store credit on the same order that earned the points?
No. Points become available after the qualifying order is paid. Redeem them as store credit for a future purchase.
