Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item is returned with the tags removed, box opened, not in the original packaging, and not in a "like new" condition, there will be a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. The only exception is the factory plastic packaging that clothing items may be shipped in, but the tags must still be attached. 

To start a return, contact us at Support@podiumarcher.com and we will inform you which shipping address to use for your return. Be aware, if an item is sent back to us without first requesting a return, the item will be set aside and the refund will not be processed until the customer contacts us. 

If an order contains an item that is damaged, missing or incorrect, we will send the customer a return label for the item. If a customer wants to return a product that is NOT damaged, missing or incorrect then the customer is financially responsible for sending the product back to the store for return. Please include your order number and any other useful information in the return package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items/Arrow Builds and Optics
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

No Returns on Custom arrow builds, any arrows that have been cut or inserts glued in.  

Swarovski Optics Return Policy: All Swarovski optics are final‑sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Warranty support is available directly through Swarovski or with our assistance

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Used Bow Return Policy (Podium Archery)
We offer a 30‑day return window on most used bows so you can buy with confidence.
Because every used bow we sell receives brand‑new GAS strings, a full tune, and a complete inspection, returns fall into two categories:


  1. 1. If the bow has a defect or malfunction: We cover shipping.
    We will take it back with no restocking fee and cover the issue immediately.

  2. 2. If you simply decide you don’t like it:  Customer pays for shipping.
    Returns for preference‑based reasons (fit, feel, color, etc.) are accepted within 30 days, but are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover the cost of new strings and setup labor.
    We want you to love what you shoot — and this policy helps us keep our used‑bow program fair, sustainable, and high‑quality for everyone.
